Wok- Seared Sesame Green Beans

1.5 pounds green beans, trimmed
1.5 Tablespoons sesame oil
3 Tablespoons soy sauce (gluten free such as tamari)
1.5 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1.5 Tablespoons packed golden brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

Cook the green beans in a large pot of boiling water until crips tender about 3 minutes. Drain and soak in a large bowl of ice water to cool. Drain again. Pat dry. Set aside.

Heat oil in a wok or nonstick skillet over high heat. Add green beans and cook about 2 minutes. Mix together soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Pour over green beans. Stir fry until crisp about 2 minutes longer. Add sesame seeds and toss to coat. Serve
