4 lbs pork roast (I used shoulder)
1/4 soy sauce(gluten Free..Tamari)
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 cloves garlic crushed
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, and garlic. Brush all over the roast. Place in the crockpot and poor the rest of the the sauce over it. Add a little water (1/2 cup or so–to keep it moist). Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours.
For a third thursday dinner the pork roast was served with Rice and the other veggie stir fry dishes.
